It was only when I took this shot, that I realized the shape of the pizza resembles the shape of the African continent. Hence the reference to South Africa at the bottom.
550ml warm water

5 cups of flour plus more for kneading
2 and half tablespoons olive oil
3 whole, peeled garlic cloves
2 X 410g cans of whole peeled tomatoes
1 teaspoon coarse salt

Parting shot…my cooking station. This paraffin lamp has become a real ‘socialite feature’ in our place. Renier and I simply won’t have our dinner without it.
